Privacy Policy
This policy explains how DoSucian processes personal data when you use the link shortener.
1. Data We Process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
URLs you submit for shortening, chosen aliases, account identifiers from Google sign-in, and technical logs such as IP address, browser data, timestamps, and request metadata.
2. Why We Process Data
We process data to operate the service, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and show a signed-in user their own shortened links.
3. Legal Bases
Where EU privacy law applies, processing is based on performance of the requested service, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service security, abuse prevention, and system administration.
4. Google Sign-In
If you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information necessary to authenticate you and link created URLs to your account. Use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy documents.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
6. Sharing
Personal data is not sold. Data may be shared with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, or other technical providers where needed to run the service, or where required by law.
7. Your Rights
If EU or similar privacy laws apply to you, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
