Terms of Service
These terms apply to the DoSucian link shortener. By using the service, including by clicking the "Skráť" button, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
DoSucian lets users create shortened links that redirect to destination URLs. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Open Source License
The source code for this project is available under the MIT License. The open source license applies to the codebase, but use of the hosted service may still be subject to these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to create or distribute links for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
This includes malware, phishing, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, or content that violates applicable law.
4. User Content and Links
You are responsible for the URLs and content you shorten through the service. Creating a short link does not mean the operator reviews, endorses, or verifies the destination.
5. Accounts
Some features may require signing in with Google. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your account secure.
6. Availability and Changes
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Short links may also be disabled or removed where reasonably necessary.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply under EU law.
